If you are a member of the FRS Pension Plan who has not yet retired, regardless of whether or not you are currently employed by an FRS employer, you can access your personal retirement account information including service history and service credit information, salary data, and beneficiary information. You can calculate benefit estimates based on various scenarios, and view and print your Member Annual Statements (MAS) as they become available. Member Services during DROP. As a participant in the Deferred Retirement Option Program (DROP), you are considered a retired member. You will see information specific to your individual DROP account, such as your DROP begin and end dates, your initial benefit, as well as your DROP accrual amount projected through your DROP end date and the monthly benefit you will receive upon termination of employment. Member Services after Retirement. If you are a retired member or other benefit recipient of the FRS Pension Plan, you can access information about your personal benefit accounts, such as option selection, beneficiary designation, payment history, benefit amount, tax withholding and other deduction information. Most pension benefit recipients can now submit a change of address online, and view and print IRS Forms 1099-R as they become available. Note: If you are a retiree of the FRS Investment Plan and are receiving a Health Insurance Subsidy (HIS) payment, you can view your subsidy amount and payment information. Employers participating in the FRS perform many payroll reporting activities online. All employers submit contribution summary information online. Certain employers enter and submit payroll information on behalf of their employees, while other employers submit payroll files generated from their own payroll systems. Employers may also view employee plan choice information, outstanding and paid employer invoices from the Division, their FRS Investment Plan retirees' distribution information and lists of their FRS Pension Plan retirees and current DROP participants. Employers may also access and order manuals, retirement guides, newsletters and other Division publications. Insurance Provider Companies or FRS Employers that participate in the insurance payroll deduction program may log in for the following services:. Submit insurance payroll deduction files for processing. Manually key insurance payroll deduction information. Retrieve monthly reports of actual insurance deductions at the end of each month. View list of current active deductions. Florida SUS ORP and SMS OAP Plan Services. Provider Companies for the State University System Optional Retirement Program (SUS ORP) or Senior Management Service Optional Annuity Program (SMS OAP) may log in for the following services:. Submit monthly distribution files and quarterly reconciliation files. Retrieve biweekly reports of retirement contributions. View and download the biweekly negative distributions report and the quarterly reconciliation report. FRS retirees and other benefit recipients cannot make changes to their payroll deductions through FRS Online. Instead, you should contact the Retired Payroll Section if you have questions about, or wish to make changes to, your payroll deductions.
