The Knierim Family Adventures. A chronicle of the new journeys that await. Thursday, August 6, 2015. We got there Thursday afternoon and headed straight for the beach. We only had an hour or so before it started raining but we made the most of it. There was a time she hated the sand but now she loves it (well, until it got in her swimsuit). This kid went straight to the ocean without hesitation! He was ready to fight some waves! Isabel and Will and their Nana. I love my beautiful girl. Josh bought the ki...

The Knierim Family Adventures. A chronicle of the new journeys that await. Sunday, May 31, 2015. Last day of school 2015. After counting down for weeks, the last day of school finally arrived! This year has seriously flown by! Although it was such a great year, we were all ready to say goodbye to early morning alarms, making lunches, carpool, homework and rushing to bed so we could start all over again with those early mornings. My little man LOVED his first year of school! Thursday, May 28, 2015. I knew...

The Knierim Family Adventures. A chronicle of the new journeys that await. Friday, January 30, 2015. One thing Isabel had to get used to in Alabama schools is having PE every day. She was not excited about that at first but thanks to 2 awesome PE teachers, she really likes it most days. Tuesday, January 27, 2015. No one likes those impressions and Isabel definitely agreed! Now we go back soon to get the verdict of what needs to be done! Thursday, January 22, 2015. Spring day in January. Monday was Martin...

The Knierim Family Adventures: June 2015
http://theknierims.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
The Knierim Family Adventures. A chronicle of the new journeys that await. Monday, June 29, 2015. The trip started with some car trouble that meant that we had to take Josh's car instead of the minivan. I have to admit that I may have had a slight panic attack about that. It may not be cool but trips are always better in the van! Will, Isabel and their 2nd cousin Ella were ready for the slip-n-slide. Isabel loved playing with little Luke. This girl is so cute and all about dressing up! I love my aunt!

Life in Balance: February 2010
http://balanceinchaos.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
A rarely occurring state amidst the chaos. Wednesday, February 24, 2010. Day 4 and 5: The final push. I woke up on 2.14 with a head full of junk, runny nose, runny eyes, and a headache. I tried to think of ways that I could make it through 3 hours on a bike but even the thought was too much. I unfortunately had to miss out on the 4th ride and spent the day on the couch instead. I certainly do not think that the final ride will be a breeze. I anticipate that hours 5 and 6 will be pure adrenaline. Also, I ...

Life in Balance: Day 3: The best yet
http://balanceinchaos.blogspot.com/2010/02/day-3-best-yet.html
A rarely occurring state amidst the chaos. Wednesday, February 24, 2010. Day 3: The best yet. I knew this would happen but I did not think it would happen so fast. The shiny, newness has already worn off. I am behind on blogging. I apologize. Thankfully, I have a good memory(or it is easy to remember sitting on a stationary bike for 30 minutes longer than the week before). The shoes have made a difference along with the constant icing and elevation. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). On my bedside table.

A rarely occurring state amidst the chaos. Sunday, February 7, 2010. A not so easy mac. The final product after digging in. PS- Food pictures are fun but check out this guy, my nephew Jack. I can’t wait to see this chunk in a few weeks for his christening. February 13, 2010 at 11:40 AM. I appreciate the shout-out (and so does Jack). That looks delicious! Maybe you could make it again in Atlanta? Parkers has something like that and we love it- yum! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). On my bedside table.

The Knierim Family Adventures: August 2014
http://theknierims.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
The Knierim Family Adventures. A chronicle of the new journeys that await. Sunday, August 10, 2014. First Day of School 2014. We survived our first day of school in a new school in a new city! The kids did great! I am so proud of how well they have handled so many transitions. I know God is going to do great things in them this year. In Tennessee, she only wore them once a week for PE. She is not a fan of socks and shoes but we found some sparkly silver shoes that seem to be ok for now. The past few week...
