Road to Fermentation: October 2011

http://roadtofermentation.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html

Tuesday, October 25, 2011. One brewers Island, One motorcyclists dream. The conversation was preceded by two rings. He said with enthusiasm. "Yeah, I'm that guy. I am going to spend Saturday and Sunday satisfying myself on these amazing roads and then I would like to work with you. Would that be ok? You were one of the only people who I didn't already know who showed enthusiasm for my project after all. I am pretty excited to see what you are up to. Is it still going to work? Road to Fermentation: August 2011

http://roadtofermentation.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html

Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Another day of beauty, another crash! I stink.Bad. I smell like a mixture of ass, pencil shavings (who knows why? A hampster cage, and since it rained all day I now also smell like a wet dog. All I know is I need a shower very soon. Today the objective was low and slow. I would stick to the banks of the Illinois river until crossing the Mississippi at the route 6 crossing in the Quad Cities area. The Quad cities are Davenport. Again if anyone reading this would like me to stop a...

Road to Fermentation: ........Austin pt. 3

http://roadtofermentation.blogspot.com/2011/10/austin-pt-3.html

Tuesday, October 25, 2011. Austin pt. 3. I have to be honest here. I had no idea this brewery existed. Pete mentioned he really liked their beer. Every beer store was out of all available products. "It sells too fast! Was the reason given each time. I knew these guys must be making something exciting. I was determined to find out more. I emailed the brewery in an attempt to gain access for a day. Luck was on my side, Mike (from ABW) contacted me and welcomed me to check out the brewery. Show me your cans!

Road to Fermentation: DC Brau knows how to throw a proper Party

http://roadtofermentation.blogspot.com/2011/11/dc-brau-knows-how-to-throw-proper-party.html

Monday, November 14, 2011. DC Brau knows how to throw a proper Party. After Franklin's I was invited to DC Brau for an evening feast and a showing of Shaun of the Dead. It seemed only a few hours before this I was promising my body some rest from the endless onslaught of rich food.oh well, there's always tomorrow for that. Now we feast on meat and more meat and olives. Warm ones. Blood Sausage? Good luck to DC Brau - thanks for a great night. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). All pictures from this trip.

Playing tic-tac-toe in a warship cluedo. Jul 21st, 2015 at 5:48 PM. There lies at the core of modern life that unfanthomable split between reality and ideal, of which some would like to call dream. Yet how many are actually living the dream capitalism bred and treating it as fact? Being that understanding to our surroundings is limited, who has an unquestionable right to decide for us, those who mean and weight nothing in this world, our limitations and rights? Road to Fight Night

Road to Fight Night. March 21, 2015. Little Juan Ocampo died in a car accident close to home on September 29th, 2014, at the age of 19. He was the passenger in an SUV driving too fast in rain on the interstate very close to both the gym and his home. He was the only one who died; another passenger was taken to the hospital. He went through the windshield and shattered the heart of the gym. I found out about our loss when Terri (our trainer) texted a group of us a link to a news article ( here. Even month...
