Isaiah Kingston Rivers (September 2009). Our Son is here! He was a "stork drop," placed in our arms on September 11th 2009. His birthday is September 7th. We waited a total of 24 days for placement.that's gotta be a record! We had Karen preview our Profile books when she was here for the homestudy. We made a couple of changes, ordered it, and it came in today! We got 4 to start with. The Day We Met Isaiah. It was a Friday. September the 11th to be exact, so a date not easily forgotten. Not that we could anyway. That was the day we met our second child, Isaiah. We had plans that night to go to "Rock the Universe".a Christian event at Universal Studios in Orlando featuring Christian music artists. So in preparation, I washed and detailed the car that morning. Isaac and I were both a mess, I had not showered, Isaac had played in water and dirt all morning. Wow Whoa. Are you serious?

It's been 2 years since the day a judge in Orange County, Florida declared Isaiah Kingston Rivers to be officially, legally, and forever a Rivers. That was the first Rivers Day. What a fantastic day! We celebrated by getting "MicGongold's" (the way Zay says "McDonald's) chicken nuggets for lunch, skipping naptime (the afternoon after the late-night Christmas party at Starbucks.
