http://parisetrosalie.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
My Life in Paris. Friday, February 26, 2010. Yesterday we took a trip to the quaint little town of Chartres, France. It was refreshing to be in a small town with less hustle and bustle and more open space. A little taste of the quaint-ness of Chartres- no one around! We went to see the Notre Dame de Chartres, which is actually 500 years older. Than the Notre Dame de Paris, which is the one The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Notre Dame de Chartres. We climbed to the top of the tower on the left. Our class went ...

http://winterinparis2010.blogspot.com/2010/02/finding-your-way-around-dolls-house.html
Monday, February 15, 2010. Finding Your Way Around A Doll's House. So, since we're all just students of French, I thought, oh, I don't know, maybe. Some of you would like to have a summary of the plot of A Doll's House. Seriously, with resources like this, I would have graduated college with honors. Meanwhile, Dr. Rank, a family friend, flirts with Nora before revealing that he is terminally ill with. Of the spine (a contemporary euphemism for. Nora tells Kristine of her predicament. Kristine says th...

Winter In Paris 2010: The French Easter Fiesta
http://winterinparis2010.blogspot.com/2010/04/french-easter-fiesta.html
Monday, April 12, 2010. The French Easter Fiesta. Me telling everyone to come and get it. Max was wise and ate on the top bunk to avoid the feeding frenzy. The spread: Homemade guacamole, salsa, refried beans, chicken tacos, with a few little French additions, like creme frâiche instead of sour cream, gouda cheese instead of cheddar, and romaine lettuce instead of iceberg. Luckily cooking for you guys is like shooting fish in a barrel. Especially when you have been Mexican deprived for months.

http://winterinparis2010.blogspot.com/2010/04/recital.html
Sunday, April 18, 2010. I know you all thought you'd be home by now, but since you're not, I thought I'd entertain you with some new blog posts. I wanted to thank Angela and Mike for the great recital the other night, and I know, like everyone, I enjoyed it immensely. Here's the photos:. Mike teaching Jack a few things on the guitar, and during his performance. Angela at the harp. It made us laugh, it made us think, and it was overall just beautiful. Tuesday, April 20, 2010. And I loved the idea of the locks the first time I heard about it from Reba. Then on to dinner. I'm still trying to figure out why Steve (and Chelsea) got the Tartare. Finding a home for our locks. And I had no idea that Jack had become so attached to his lock and was heartbroken when he realized he had to leave it. We appeased him by giving him Garret's (sorry Garret). Throwing the key into the Seine. Our own row of locks. Sunday, April 18, 2010. Angela at the harp. Me telling e...

Paris et Rosalie: London, Baby!
http://parisetrosalie.blogspot.com/2010/02/london-baby.html
My Life in Paris. Friday, February 26, 2010. Catch up: A quick recap of London:. We went to Les Misérables! The first time I went was in 2008 and we saw it the night we flew into London. I was so jet-lagged that I fell asleep no matter how hard I tried to stay awake. So this time I got to see the whole thing. I thought the cast from 2008 was better (from what I actually saw of it), but Les Miz is Les Miz, and it's always good. Most famous cupcake shop in England. We saw the Buckingham Palace.

http://richinparis.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 27, 2010. From Marsh to City! So yesterday was Friday, and I decided I should do the walk titled Marais Part 1. Marais means marsh in french, and this part of Paris used to be all swampy and marshy! Until they started taking the water out and now voilà! Anyways, Chelsea was kind enough to show me around again even though she had already done it. She said it's a nice area, and she's quite right! First thing worth noting on the walk is this wall. It's been here for a long time since ...

http://richinparis.blogspot.com/2010/03/marathon-of-walks-part-ii.html
Saturday, March 6, 2010. Alright here goes the other 3 weeks. We did this all on Friday, yesterday. First we started Marais Walk 2. It was great because we got to eat Falafel for lunch! Serve me food like this and I can become a vegetarian. Also this Jewish Synagogue is designed by the Art Nouveau guy Hector Guimard as well, his wife was a Jew. It's supposed to look like an open Torah scroll. Then we did the Grands Boulevards Walk! Which is so titled because Baron Haussmann transformed Paris' old narrow ...
