Life in Japan.as experienced by two gypsies. Wednesday, February 20, 2008. This winter we have had snow three times in Tokyo. Three times more than last year. Snow was recorded last year but was really just a few random flakes that flew through the air one day in March, it didn't really snow. This year it has snowed!
