Saturday, 28 June 2008. 32cm high ice creams. In the Myeongdong area there are numerous ice cream sellers competing to sell the highest ice cream cone. This one advertised 32cm high ice creams. Including the cone, this was easily 32cm. We certainly got plenty for our 1000 won (50p). Shopping in Dongdaemun (동대문시장). This is the area where i'm living. There's plenty of huge malls here, and inside they are like markets. Lots of clothes, bags and shoes and low prices. Open until 5am! Tuesday, 24 June 2008.

Tuesday, 31 January 2012. On Tuesday I visited the place where I lived for three months in 2009. The area is called Sinchon and underneath my apartment there was a very good fish restaurant that I used to eat in often, so I had lunch there. After that I did some shopping at Coex mall and I was going to walk around Bongeunsa temple, however it began snowing so heavily that I decided to stay in the mall before going to meet up with the others for dinner. Tuesday, 31 January 2012. It's been cold and this morning it's -15 outside. On Tuesday I visited the place where I lived for three months in 2009. The area is called Sinchon and underneath my apartment there was a very good fish restaurant that I used to eat in often, so I had lunch there. After that I did some shopping at Coex mall and I was going to walk around Bongeunsa temple, however it began snowing so heavily that I decided to stay in the mall before going to meet up with the others for dinner.

Life In Seoul: Seoul in the winter!

Monday, 30 January 2012. Seoul in the winter! We are staying at Tina's sister's house which they have just moved into a week ago. I have found out that ' ondol' (the under floor heating system in Korea) is wonderful. They are still living in Cache Valley. Isaac is going to school and just applied for Medical School. Jessica has the chance to be a stay home mom and is enjoying every moment.
