Thursday, August 28, 2008. Summer Filled with Results. Adie Titus surpassed her goal of losing 60 pounds. Adie reached her goals by doing one private personal training session per week along with attending Boot Camp three days a week. She also followed a menu plan created by her personal trainer Grant Carpino. Grant Carpino and Adie Titus. Carley Rosselli began training in October 2007. She ran and completed her first Bloomsday race finishing in one hour 19 minutes and she has lost 22 pounds.
