Sunday, November 13, 2005. So tonight we Daisy Ladies hosted the second annual Daisy House Thanksgiving Dinner. We put the bird in the oven right around 12:30 this afternoon. and by 6 pm we had a house full of people and so much amazing food that just thinking about it makes me full all over again. I had three stand out moments of the evening. though I imagine there are tons more but I'm trying not to think about more for the sake of babbling too much :). Did you have moments? Love and Hugs,.

Sunday, February 27, 2005. It amazes me to no end the things that God is doing in our house. He has sent us so many blessings. We as the "Daisy House Girls" -. Is that really me, do I really get to live in this cool house? Don't feel like we do anything at all. We call people, we email - usually I feel like a lazy bum and people hang with us anyway! I think that God is doing some awesome stuff here in Wichita and that we have no clue what it is. I just feel blessed to be a part of it. In the middle of th...

Friday, November 19, 2004. So I think I may have stumbled onto something tonight while praying. I think I understand why there are SO many relativists in our society. I think it all stems from fear. More specifically. fear of the truth. Truth is scary. But it is such a huge gift. An all-loving God did not make rules that will hurt us. He only made ones that help us. So we've got to stop all this relativism. We've got to make people free of their fears. Posted by KU Mommy @ 11:02 PM. So, I decided to writ...

Thursday, December 30, 2004. A Salute to Our Friends. Tonight was the end of many happy days of planning (not that our planning is done by any means). Since we moved into our little blue house, the Daisy Girls and you, our friends, have been planning a. Of stuff. Monday, May 09, 2005. For a new post! I was thinking about baseball. (we got free tickets to the Wranglers game this evening). This sport is supposedly "America's pasttime." This idea is great and Lou Gerigish and all but seriously - it is rather boring to watch. Whenever I go, I always end up doing much socializing and such while missing the big plays. The question is - is our pasttime really baseball or is it socializing in the great outdoors with beer and peanuts? Posted by A Daisy Girl @ 10:42 PM.
