My name is Randee, and I’m a stay-at-home-chef. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Bradley University and my Certificate of Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America. I interned in the kitchens at the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston and worked in the front of the house at the Union League Café in New Haven, Connecticut. Randeelicious is a place where I will share my recipes and my stories. One usually has to do with the other. I like food that fills my belly and my heart.

When I know I’m going to see her, I put on my really nice stretchy black pants When she invited my daughter to her daughter’s fourth birthday party, I was thrilled. Until my daughter got pissed off that someone else picked the pink dog with the purple ears. Until my daughter didn’t want anyone else touching the birthday girl’s fancy baby pram.
