Thursday, August 25, 2011. Have we ever thought why corruption is spreading? Unless we analyse the reasons for its spread aany kind of laws will not be fruitful in curbing corruption. In my personal view primary education should be improved and there should be emphasis on ethics in the curriculum. Also the governence should be ccorruption free.
