Saturday, September 22, 2007. Wake up late.browse the paper.go to a Pop Warner or Fall Ball game. ORget into Camp and get serious about fitness fun! Lateral high step march. MB golf swing tosses. Work in teams or pairs. 1 or 2 work at a time. Each member completes all exercises and reps. Team that completes all for each member 1st wins. MB figure ‘8’s’ - 6/6 reps. Tube rotations - 24 reps. Push ups - 12 reps. Sumo squat - 12 reps. Alt OH DB press - 24 reps. DB curls - 12 reps. Kettlebell swings - 12 reps.

Monday, October 29, 2007. Tonight, it was off to the "playground," sort of! 1 Power skips 2 x 20 yards. 2 SL pop along 2 x 10 yards. 3 Lateral high knees 2 x 20 yards. 4 "Shot puts" 6 each per arm. Each member of each team must complete all the playground "games". First team to complete 2 full rounds wins. Jump rope - 40 touches. Hoop glides - 20. Power Skip/Ballet shuffle - 20/40 yards. Speed Ladder Hopscotch - 10. Tonight, the "Wise Ones" beat the "Young Guns" by a mere 10 seconds! Now, THAT'S CLOSE!

DB Punches 24 reps. MB Rotations 24 reps. Sumo Squats 12 reps. Reverse SP lunges 12 reps. Resistance circuits: 3 - 5 minute circuits. One exercise added per time slot. OH DB Press 12. High Tube Row 12. Circuit 2 - add:. 80 yard Run 1. Circuit 2 - add:. Walking lunge/Russian Hop 40 yards. Or so everyone claimed! A Time for Me!

Monday, July 30, 2007. On Saturday, we tried out a scale-up ladder game to start our workout:. 50 reps - Alternating Frontal Plane Lunge. 100 reps - Dumbbell Punching. 150 reps - Step up/down. All 3 teams finished 2 full rounds in 10 minutes! Functional Circuit - 15 minutes, one "set" = 1 point. 1 Wall (or floor) push up - 14 reps. 2 Sit up - 14 reps. 3 Tube row - 14 reps. 4 Alternating DB kickback - 20 reps. 5 DB Curl - 14 reps. 6 Squats - 14 reps. 7 OH Tube press - 14 reps. 8 Walking lunge - 20 yards.
