My first recipe post is here! 1 packet of Maggi. 1 small onion, finely sliced. 4-5 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced. 15 grams of flour (maida). 15 15 grams of butter. 150 ml of milk. 30 grams of grated cheese. Breadcrumbs from 2-3 slices of stale bread. Oregano and chilly flakes for flavour. Salt and pepper to season. Cook Maggi as per the instructions on the packet. Enter your comment here.

For the bread, I choose to make a brioche because of its rich buttery taste. Refined flour: 250 gms. Make a soft dough using the flour, yeast, sugar, eggs and milk.
