Port Aransas Garden Club. Sunday, November 17, 2013. What a treat to live at the coast. The seafood can't get any fresher. Got some fresh shrimp yesterday morning, right off the boat. Yum! Fresh trout or redfish for dinner; how to decide? I love the redfish "on the half shell", grilled with skin and scales left on. Season with a little olive oil and your favorite seasoning blend. When done, the fish easily separates from the skin. Serve with a spritz of lime juice. Port Aransas Garden Club.
