I went through a formal wheelchair fitting/measurement appointment with a PT and DME present. We discussed what I needed and why. It had to be an ultralight chair because I had to manage it on my own since I live alone and travel some for work. That even though I am a large overweight person, we needed to do our best to keep the chair as narrow as possible to get through as many doors as possible.
