I studied at Suffolk College for 2 years specialising in ceramics towards the end of the second year. After leaving Suffolk College in 1993 I went to work at the Le Dieu Pottery in Norwich for 1 year. I then studied ceramics for 3 years at West Surrey College of Art and Design followed by a 1 year PGCE teaching course. I have been teaching at Claydon High School since 1988.
