Cuina per llépols i llaminers. 26 d’abril, 2015. Pop amb romesco i fesolets. En Coco ens porta un pop de 3 Kg pescat per aquí a la vora, per fer un bon ranxo. L'ha tingut congelat durant aquesta setmana, i així li ha trencat les fibres. Cal posar una bona olla amb aigua bullent i ofegar i escaldar el pop tres vegades, sense que l'aigua ens perdi el bull. Coco, un autèntic escaldador de pops. Paral·lelament preparem el romesco. Romesco de divisió d'honor. Tot preparat pel mestre. Quina bona pinta llépols!
