Ukraine In The Membrane. Adventures in the Unexpected. Tuesday, December 7, 2010. Fall turns to Winter. I haven't posted in a long while, and a lot has happened. First of all, I will be traveling to Michigan for Christmas and New Years in nine days! I can't wait to get home, even for a little while. December brought Thanksgiving oddly enough. This past weekend my site mate Becky and I hosted ten volunteers for an all out feast! We hadn't set out to do this, it just felt right in the moment. Http:/ www...

The next day I met up with my traveling buddies (Alei, Katelin, Becky, and Kacey). Our mission- check two of The Seven Wonders of Ukraine. Overall it was a great trip. Http:/ www.cybe...

Letters from Mindanao: Of girls and dogs and cats
http://mindanoinday.blogspot.com/2008/03/of-girls-and-dogs-and-cats.html
Of girls and dogs and cats. Our house had two bedrooms, a closet bath and a “great room” of living room with kitchen area at one end. We even had electricity! She kept saying, “Ang polo ni sir! Pokie had been the runt of the litter and could be held in two h...

It wouldn't be the first time, though, that someone has used the word Friend (or American, for that matter) to conceal a sinist...
