http://mom2zmg.blogspot.com/2008/10/longfellow.html
Bringing Past and Present Together, One Story at a Time. Saturday, October 4, 2008. When I was a child, my grandmother had a card game we loved to play called, "Authors." It highlighted a number of poets and authors of classical literature, mostly American authors like Poe, Hawthorne and Longfellow. She always told a joke when we slapped Longfellow on the table. "You are a poet, you didn't know it, but your feet show it, their Longfellows. And Louisa Mae Alcott were. Hmmm. We are the witnesses! Validated...

It Happens Here: Neat and Tidy...Groan...

Bringing Past and Present Together, One Story at a Time. Monday, July 7, 2008. Neat and Tidy.Groan. My neat and tidy was just disrupted by a squirrel. Perhaps they were a gang who rivals the birds? What does your wife or husband do? What do I do? I’m cynically bored. I admit it. It Doesn’t matter who they are, they want to talk about what they do to make money. Living Life in a Fish Bowl! Gloria’s take on life. I was talking with someone the other day about the books of the Bible and how some are easier to read and understand than others. We talked a bit about all of the genealogy. We talked of the various dimensions that are listed. Cubic feet are pretty popular. The outcome —- God cares about people and He is into details. Jabez was more honorable than his brothers, and his mother named him Jabez saying, Because I bore him. From harm that it. May not pain me!
