10 x 12 matted stalls. Daily turnout (weather permitting). Pastures equipped with heated Nelson Waterers. Wash Bay with hot/cold water. 66' x 120' indoor riding arena with clay/sand footing. 110' x 220' fenced outdoor arena with sand footing and jumps. 60' round pen with sand footing. Cleared trails with access to dirt roads. We produce 75% of our annual hay - giving us quality control, also we work closely with our suppliers to do the same. Stalls cleaned daily (7 days a week).
