Other cylinder had deep grooves inside the cylinder sleeve which had to be removed by boring the cylinder to the next oversize. I wanted to create something to my bike with abrasive water jet cutter that we have at our university. I had already machined a billet out of recycled aluminum which was perfect for a top yoke. Size of the billet was 200 x 200 x 23 mm. Pair of clip-ons I bought from ebay which are meant for. 34 mm tubes. Outside diameter of clamp is 49 mm. Preview of the DXF file.

I decided to start this project by maintaining the old stock front suspension. First thing do to was to disassemble the front shocks. Disassembled Suzuki T250J front shocks. Each shock has two different size O-rings and and one oil seal which I replaced with these ones:. 2 pieces Oil seal 34 x 46 x 10,5 mm. 2 pieces O-ring NBR 70 39,20 x 3,00 mm. 65 VW Typ 1 Bug.
