The depot is open on Sunday's from 1-3PM. Tours can be arranged by appointment by calling Linda Austin at 805-489-5446. 1650 Front Street - Oceano, CA 93445. This Southern Pacific Railroad Station was the center of the most of the commercial and transportation activities in South San Luis Obispo country from 1904 until the 1950's Retired from service in 1973. It has been moved 400 yards north of the original site and is being restored by volunteer efforts for its new role as a community center.

Los osas entran en celo, al menos por estos lares, en los meses de junio-julio, que es cuando se produce el ayuntamiento carnal con el oso macho.
