The regional map gives context to the plans boundary, existing protected areas, and settlement lands. The Resource Assessment Report is a detailed report covering the framework of the plan, the regional resources and the current land uses of the region. Dawson Regional Planning Commission. Issues and Interest Report. Throughout the development of the Dawson Regional Land Use Plan several intermediate documents have been produced. The Issues and Interests Report was developed after a series of consultations took place to determine what key concerns stakeholders have in the area relating to the land use plan. The Resource Assessment Report describes the area, it's resources, history, legal framework, conservation priorities and current economic activity.
