If you did, you will be excited to know that the first 15 cows have been found and brought to the barn! Here are some photos of the lucky girls at their old farm and getting off at the trade school barn. They joined the other heifers and dry cows in the corral, or barn yard there, as you can see in the bottom photo, both groups found the new heifers arrival exciting. You must be logged in.

John and Ev met missionaries and Manitoba dairy farmers Garry and Teresa Verhoog in the village of Nikolipolia in the fall of 2009 and he talked to Garry about the school and asked him to help set up and manage the dairy farm he saw as the center of this program. We bought an old house, gutted it, re-roofed it, and built everything new inside in a North American style, with all new Ukrainian furniture, so it is like new! Teresa Verhoog’s Trade School Blog. Classes start on Monday. Posted on Sep 6, 2014 in Featured. Sasha at his foster home. Maria, Garry’s assistant, has been contacting as many Christian organizations working with orphans in Ukraine as possible this summer to tell them about our school. Classes will be held in our summer kitchen, which has seats for 12 students, a white board, a bathroom, a mini-kitchen for making tea, heat and electricity! Maria going to the hospital with Nikoli (with suitcase) and Valara.
