Sunday, September 21, 2014. Stays Outside as the Sky Grows Dark / Walks In Time to Her Beating Heart. Near the end of summer, my family tries to hike and camp as much as we possibly can in order to make the most of the warm(ish) weather. Last weekend I climbed a peak with my mom, and this weekend we rented a cabin-type-thing for two nights and went on a nine-mile. These hike binges (while utterly exhausting) are my favorite things ever. I live in such a beautiful place. But wait- before you click away!
