Tuesday, July 29, 2008. I think that this summer in Japan is little bit strange because it is too hot and it often rains hardly like a storm in a jungle. So, I made a sanglia, a Spanish fruit wine to survive and relax in these hot weather days. I put a valencia, a peach and an apple in the jar with wine.
