There are three main lines of research :. The fundamental study of electrical and optical properties of quantum heterostructures in nanowires. The development of nanodevices based on nanowires for light emission and detection, for energy harvesting (photovoltaics, ) as well as the development of optoelectronic integrated platforms based on nanodevices. The device fabrication is performed in the state-of-the-art nanofabrication center CTU-IEF-Minerve available on site.
