Pizza Hut Team Member Blog: January 2008
http://pizza-hut-team-member.blogspot.com/2008_01_01_archive.html
Pizza Hut Team Member Blog. Monday, 21 January 2008. Happy New Year - bit late but oh well! Not much has happened, except a customer has scolded their hand. But did he ask for assistance? No, he left it for half an hour to get worse and develop blisters. When he finally told us, the duty manager gave him first aid and security were called to help. But what I really wanted to post about.and hopefully just warn a few people about is:. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. That is all, I think.

Massive smile and greeting. Deadpan face while serving, no conversation (no points for smiling during the transaction). Pizza Hut Team Member.

Pizza Hut Team Member Blog: July 2007

Pizza Hut Team Member Blog. Saturday, 28 July 2007. What happened while I was off. Unfortunately when I arrived at work I was send home straight away as there was a special task force dealing with the ice cream mix that was at knee height. They estimate it will be another week to get it fully cleaned up. No ok that didn't happen. But the ICF offenders are still there, I discovered about a foot of ice cream piled up on the machine. TURN IT OFF, duh. Yes press ENT, No press CAN". So they had been leavi...

Pizza Hut Team Member Blog: April 2008

Pizza Hut Team Member Blog. Thursday, 24 April 2008. Something a bit weird and discounts. Right I have worked at Pizza Hut for erm.well.ages. So you do recognise customers, and I would say, especially on evening/night shifts about 25% of customers are, 'regulars'. Occasionally if I go into Asda or Sainsburys on the way home, you will see a customer or two you served earlier. But it less frequent to see them, at other random times. I just find that very weird, but total coincidence - I saw the same man an...

Pizza Hut Team Member Blog. Wednesday, 16 September 2009. Hello everyone who is Anonymous! You all seem to be different people and it's great there's a few support managers gathering here. Can I just suggest you get accounts of some description so I can contact you/each other. PS: yes, the daily weather reports are great aren't they? They get filed on the email straight away into "trash". Pizza Hut Team Member. Yum own KFC and this is the way they have operated for a while. It's (one of) the reason w...

Pizza Hut Team Member Blog. Monday, 4 May 2009. Its all about CLASS. This post is basically, a good old grumble about Pizza Hut's cost cutting measures :). The EU bought in regulations regarding the shape, size and colouring of vegetables. Most of the vegetables you'll buy in supermarkets will be Class 1, consistent shape vegetables and fruit. (No more LOL at the shape of that carrot, potato etc! Please leave a comment if you're still reading because it'd be great to hear from you! Pizza Hut Team Member.

Pizza Hut Team Member Blog: November 2008
http://pizza-hut-team-member.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Pizza Hut Team Member Blog. Sunday, 23 November 2008. The restaurant has toilets, it's got ladies, gents and disabled/baby change. These are for customer use only, not anyone who walks off the street and needs the loo. Occasionally we let people use them, if they're nice, but when they walk in and just assume they have the right to - we don't, well, I don't. Luckily they are tucked away at the back and it means a long walk to them, so they can't be sneaky and slither in. Where are the toilets? And she wa...

The Night Warden: 27/04/08 - 04/05/08

What happens at night on a UK campsite. Saturday, 3 May 2008. Over the past three days, the site has gone from very quiet to fairly busy. I can only presume that when I go in tonight that it will be busier still. No matter how busy the site gets at this time of year, I am out there on my own. So I'll apologise in advance if I seem aggressive. You'd think it was understandable under these circumstances. I walked around the site several times, once I had locked the gates, and focussed. I was sorely tempted...

What happens at night on a UK campsite. Wednesday, 16 April 2008. Driving past and pulling into our driveway. Obviously I can't be in two places at once, so I let the motorhome. Drive back out again and head up the road. Eventually, they got the message and began to pack up their tent and, at my specific request; they leave their vehicle there and move it in the morning. I decided to leave them to pack up and headed up the road, off site, to find the motorhome. My original intention, as it wasn't after.
