My Mommy's A Teacher. Monday, August 9, 2010. Where has it gone? My summer is gone :(! I can't believe it's been 10 weeks! I've been working on my classroom for a few weeks now. In about 6 days, I have managed to accomplish what would have taken one day if my kids were not there to 'help'. What truly happens is that I spend the majority of my time entertaining and tending to them. I'm hoping to get an afternoon this weekend and wrap it all up. Sweet Pea has been medicine free for a month!

I know this gets ranted and raved about all the time, but it's a world with it's priorities clearly in the wrong place that pays athletes salaries only to have young impressionable children see them screw up their lives with drugs, alcohol, or some other addiction. No hurt feelings, complete acceptance. No big deal.
