Thursday, June 30, 2011. Another thing I'm doing differently this time is that I am keeping up with my exercising. I worked out Monday and Tuesday and plan on it tonight. I do weights and/or Elliptical. I haven't exercised in the past while on hCG and when I start up afterward, I always seem to gain an outrageous amount so I thought this time I'll exercise while on it and maybe it won't be so bad after. Coffee with English Toffee Stevia. 100 grams 96/4 beef, taco style. 100 grams Chicken with seasoning.

Friday, October 29, 2010. Wednesday I did a protein day and it seemed to work. I was down 4.4 pounds bringing me 0.4 below maintenance. Today I am up again but only 0.4 over weighing in at 180.
