A short time later, Mary hurried down the hill country of Judea. She went into Zechariah's home, where she greeted Elizabeth. When Elizabeth heard Mary's greeting, her baby moved within her. The Holy Spirit came upon Elizabeth. Then in a loud voice she said to Mary; ' God has blessed you more than any other woman! Mary's Song of Praise.

I waited patiently for the Lord, He turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire. He set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. What is your mire? Mire= sediment at the bottom. Mire can be buried pain, unresolved anger, hidden sin, a great loss, failures, rejection or fears. This can be achieved.
