Great as a side dish to any meat meal. Healthy and very easy to make. Cauliflower 1 small head. Broccoli 1 Medium head. Chopped Leek 1 small. Béchamel sauce 2 cups. Dried parsley 2 TSP. Garlic powder 1 TSP. Shredded Cheddar cheese 2/3 cup. Wash and cut the cauliflower and broccoli into medium florets. Preheat the oven to 170.

The matching apple and cinnamon flavor makes it a great fruity cake. Vegetable oil 1 cup. Sugar 1 ¾ cup. Yoghourt 1 ¼ cup. Bicarbonate of Soda 1TSP. All purpose flour 4 cups. Mix the dry ingredients except for sugar. Mix sugar and eggs until creamy. Add the vegetable oil in 2-3 steps, mixing well after each time. Add yoghurt.
