My Life: Back on the Menu Planning Train
http://teachermomcrazylady.blogspot.com/2013/08/back-on-menu-planning-train.html
Teacher. Mom. Crazy Lady. Sunday, August 25, 2013. Back on the Menu Planning Train. Meatless Monday: Tilapia Baked in Couscous. Tuesday: Beef Stir Fry with onions and string beans. The beef was already cooked and frozen in some kind of sauce (I forget what kind), so I'll just be cooking up the veggies and adding the defrosted beef. I'll be sure to set some of the beef (with the mystery sauce washed off) and string beans aside for Twin A, who does not like sauces or food that is mixed up. More I Love You.

Tuesday, December 31, 2013. So, to keep with my yearly theme.2013 in review. Justin and I left the boys with my parents for 7 days and went on a cruise to Grand Cayman and Cozumel. We swam with stingrays! Lots of fun outside sledding down our "hill" in the yard and playing outside! Brekan enjoyed crawling in the snow. This precious little guy turned 1! He is such a relaxed/go-with-the-flow kid. He has a cute little personality, is funny and very adventurous (we call him our little daredevil). One More Ba...
