April 28, 2015. Today was good. Very good. For breakfast I had smoked salmon on avocado toast. But I have just shy of enough for tomorrow so I ate the rest and shared with the puppies :). I was disappointed when I went to Van Loc for lunch and found them closed. But I settled for Pho Saigon instead and was not disappointed. Spring rolls and pho on a cool day. Nothing beats it!
