Yarn: Madeline Tosh's Somewhat Solid Sock yarn in vermillion. Size: US 8 medium. Modifications: I used Judy Becker's Magic cast on for my first toe up socks. Start: November 28, 2007. Yarn: SnapDragon from White Willow Market. Size: 11 1/2 US shoe size. Modificatons: Casted on 84 stitches and added k1p1 to heel flap. Start: November 3, 2oo7. Finish: November 27, 2007. They make thick socks, but the stretchiness really helps this style of socks fit right.
