Mike and Amber Johnson. Friday, January 14, 2011. Lovin our new Wii! The girls love to do Just Dance for Kids on the Wii. It's a great workout and lots of fun to see them go at it! Posted by Mike and Amber. Sunday, January 2, 2011. The ward Christmas party turned out really fun this year! Santa made an appearance and gave each kid a stuffed animal and a candy cane. Ryley asked for a Moxie Girl Snow Doll and Jaden asked for Belle. I really wish the camera did our tree justice! All the girls presents!

This is the first year I just watched as the kids, who were up to the challenge, carve their pumpkin into a Jack-o-lantern. I definitely love this new role as mom-supervisor instead of mom-slave. I enjoyed all of the benefits of pumpkin carving, which are not really many, and didn't have to stick my hand in any guts.

Tuesday, July 29, 2008. An EARTHQUAKE while blogging. After going everyday to swim lesson for 6 weeks (well at least m-f) we decided to end our swimming lessons for the summer. Jacob and Chloe had so much fun but let me tell it was so nice to wake up yesterday morning and not have to rush out the door! OH MY GOSH. write now as I was writing this there was an earthquake! My hands are shaking so bad because I had to run around and check on the kids while it was happening! She is ready for a morning nap!

Friday, February 13, 2009. Proof that reading helps you fall asleep. Jacob and Chloe always read their school books before bed to practice reading. The other night I walked into Jacob's room to check on him and this is how I found him. Asleep with his book over his face! I was disappointed because the day before I came home to find Bella asleep in her high chair (David had the kids). I didn't think to take her picture before I pulled her out. Her picture would have fit right in with this post!
