Sanchia Lovell is a cook and freelance writer based in London. Her cooking is fresh, seasonally defined, and beautifully presented. Her family home is in the Auvergne region of France, and the simple, seasonal cooking of this region is reflected in her menus. Other influences include the cuisine of Northern Portugal, where she lived as a child, and historical British food. She studied English Literature at Leeds University, and went on to write her first cookery book Picnic Food. In Elia Street, Islington.
