May 16, 2013. Going under the knife. I am pretty sure it was the summer of 1997 or 1998 while at soccer camp the first time I dislocated my kneecap. I saw the trainer, finished out camp and came home. My kneecap actually "subluxated" which means it pops out to the side and usually pops back into place which is different than a “dislocation” that is just an easier term. April 19, 2013. This time next week I will be headed to New Orleans! Cannot wait to see family, always full of laughter. Today was payday – I need to SHOP! In the midst of all this tragedy it is great to see our country band together to support one another. My friend Rachel and I got together this week to make a diaper cake for her friend…and have wine. Here are some tips and tricks to help you take a better photo:. If you have a DSLR you have so many options other than the dreaded Auto mode. Switching to Manual mode can be scary, but if you practice at it you will definitely see a difference! These numbers read 200, 400, 600, etc… So if it is a sunny day you will set that number at 200. June 20, 2013. MPFL Road to Recovery. Wow A lot has happened since my last update a couple months ago. I am going to catch up and back date these - at least I will have it for my record. At my second follow up appointment on June 18 I was able to bend my knee to 90 degrees which was amazing. Still not released to be out of the brace or to drive yet but I was close. Just taking things day by day was hard and not being able to get around on my own/drive was difficult, but it saved gas right? June 7, 2013.

February 28, 2013. Saw it, Pinned it, Did it: {wedding show booth}. I started ordering prints, sample albums and new marketing materials and got to work. I started pinning booth ideas to help getting my creative fuel going. December 31, 2012. This year definitely topped 2011. Our little family has been so blessed and I truly believe that after the tough year that 2011 brought we became a lot stronger for 2012! Now that 2012 is heading out and 2013 will arrive in hours I thought I would do a recap of our year. We celebrated our 3rd anniversary. I celebrated my 30th Birthday.a month late but hey my Birthday is on Christmas Eve so we delayed it! And my cousins surprised me with a visit from NOLA. We started Crossfit together.
