SAYP Skills Dev Programme. The SAYP Skills Development Programme offers the Daveyton community life skills programmes such as customer care training, computer training and aftercare programmes. The organization was founded by Neftaly Malatjie in 2005 when he was just 14 years old. He continues to manage the organization and directing his vision to see youth becoming self reliant, where they are able to create their own opportunities without being reliant to other people.
