Creating a Grief to Gratitude journal is a way to express our feelings, it’s a way to express our experience of grief, it’s a way to release and tell our story. And to bring into the light the gifts of these precious moments. I suggest one side of the journal write down Grief at the top of the page, and the other Gratitude. On the Grief side, write down your story. Ask yourself questions that work for you.
