May thieves targeted Compton Hospice causing over £20K worth of damage. In the early hours of Monday 18. The brazen thieves then returned at approximately 2.00am on Wednesday 20th May to remove the remaining lead from our Lymphoedema building causing roof tiles to fall and smash on the ground outside the clinic. May 2015) a report titled ‘Dying Without Dignity’ was published by the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. PHSO) which found a number of cases of inadequacies in end of life care. Such inadequacies are thought to be as a result of a range of issues including poor communication, inadequate out-of-hours services and delays in diagnosis and referrals for treatment.
