I've decided the only thing standing in my way of losing weight is my will power". Here goes another 0.9 kg;) So I've lost 5 pounds since start of the 100-day-challenge, this is great! Also revised my calories, now at 1650 for low activity day and 2000 for light exercise day. I've decided the only thing standing in my way of losing weight is my will power". The path is long, but totally doable. I've been fully enjoying my 7-week holiday back home, with lots of sunshine, swimming, eating, reading and sleeping. Not to mention all the trips I've been taking around Estonia to visit friend's country houses and spending quite a few weeks at our own place. Here are my plans:. Start personal trainers eating plan, modified to low-gi options. Exercise plan (all sessions x 1-1.5 h).

I woke up with a feeling of tiredness, lack of motivation, . Just the feeling of wishing to eat and do nothing else. Maybe watch a tv-series, eat some more, sleep? Well, I didn't! I've decided the only thing standing in my way of losing weight is my will power". End of July. End of being lazy. Yes? Its been over a month since my last hello and these weeks have been sort of semi-work, semi-holiday, which in end means its been a total in-betweener, which isn't always that great. I've ended up being stressed, tired, restless, nervous and two weeks back or so started caving in more and more, sleeping a lot, feeling bit oozy. And here I am - down with flu! But, enough of this whining!
