I've been so busy writing to my email buddies that I haven't thought to post here, also. I'll probably go back and fill in old entries. Hubby said he can tell I've lost weight when he hugs me. Grilled Beachside Green Onions. 18 large Beachside green onions. 1/2 cup olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Trim onions, leaving about 2 inches of green top. In a shallow dish, combine olive oil, garlic, pepper, and salt. Add onions; stir to coat onions evenly.
