Mittwoch, 8. März 2017. Kokos Brot aus dem Buch Coconut Cooking von Hannah Frey. Belegt ist das Brot mit einer halben Avocado, die in Stücke geschnitten wurde und etwas mit der Gabel zerdrückt wurde. Die Tomate ebenfalls in kleine Würfel schneiden und mit der Avocado vermischen. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und einem Spritzer Zitronensaft würzen. Aber jetzt kommen wir zu dem Brot. Ihr braucht keine Küchengeräte, nur zwei Schüsseln, eine Pfanne und eine Backform. Das sind die Zutaten. Lasst sie danach gut abkühlen.
