Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Getting ready to retire. One day left. After 46 years. Howthehell did I ever manage to last with one company all this time? And how did I ever figure leaving it would be easy? It's time to take down the buttons from my cube wall, box up my accumulated essentials. What essentials? Saturday, March 24, 2012. Longneck is not just a beer bottle. Well, the tour looked pretty interesting and the price was certainly attractive. Tour northwestern Thailand, see exotic tribes, ride an elephant, take interesting nature walks, swim under a beautiful waterfall, raft down a river, all meals and lodging included, drinks extra, only 1500 baht ($45) per person for three days and two nights. All true. How can they do it so cheaply? That's where were, I guess.The dotted line is the walking part.
