På fredagen var det en chill kväll med A's gamla roomie Divesh, det blev middag på en ny restaurang South, där de har typiskt rätter från amerikanska södern. Det var gott men inget speciellt. Confessions of a pharmacist. Ny måndag, ny vecka! Denna vecka jobbar jag 3 dagar så nästa vecka ska jag försöka jobba mindre. Pluggandet går bra. Känns som jag verkligen kan fokusera. Confessions of a pharmacist. Idag är jag ledig från jobbet (jobbar tisdag-fredag denna vecka) och passar på att plugga när jag är ensam hemma. Har bokat CPJE (lagprovet) i mitten av maj och tänkte börja med att plugga lagar och regler först. Har även fått böckerna för min PassNaplexNow-kurs som är i slutet av april! Vi har käkat relativt hälsosamt, men fuskat en hel del (käkat ute, druckit alkohol.). Har inte gått ner ett enda kilo, haha! Det visar hur viktig kosten är. Det var lite deprimerande att ...

Livet som utbytesstudent i Californien. Me and Kim went on our first ocean dive for our Scuba class last friday! Kim caught some of it on film, I ll see if I can post it on the blog. Pelican and Long Beach Harbour. Early morning on the boat. Getting ready for the dive. Ok I admit, we did not have sharks in the water, but you get the picture right? This weekend we re going to San Diego, really looking forward to that! And on monday we re going on our 6-day cruise to Cabo, Mexico! Dolphins, court & mexico!

Livet som utbytesstudent i Californien. Arkiv för november 2009. San Diego and Fall Break! We stayed in a hostel in the famous Gaslamp District, in the heart of downtown San Diego. This is an area filled with bars, clubs, restaurants and shops. The hostel was awsome and the location couldn t be any better. During these couple of days, mostly we just walked around the city, explored the streets of downtown San Diego, enjoyed the beautiful views of the harbour and did some shopping. Tribute to the sailors.

Last weekend we got up really early, got in our car and headed to the Beach, where we met up with Josh and Natalie for some surfing! This was my very first time trying it, and man, it was hard! We got back from our lovely vacatation last saturday, and being away from school for over a week, we had a lot of studying to do this week. But that s over now, and time for me to tell you about our trip. And what a trip it was. Never in my life have I been so pampered and taken-care-of! The cruise was awsome! Meatballs, mashed potatoes, gravy and Lingon! So to sum up: NO more shopping in a while. Or ever.
