Life in Luanda: A New Year in Bangkok
http://lifeinluanda.blogspot.com/2010/01/new-year-in-bangkok.html
Saturday, January 16, 2010. A New Year in Bangkok. We arrived in the heat and humidity of Bangkok – what a shock after the snow and cold. However we think we were lucky to get out, as the winter UK weather just hasn’t got better. We were also badly jet-lagged (the layovers in Dubai and KL probably didn’t help) so crashed very early in the evening after attending our orientation meeting for the job fair. Life in Luanda: “Beat and Wind” from Japanasia
http://lifeinluanda.blogspot.com/2010/05/beat-and-wind-from-japanasia.html
Sunday, May 23, 2010. 8220;Beat and Wind” from Japanasia. We saw this advertised just a few days before it happened – a special event organised by the Japanese Embassy. We didn’t have much information about it except the title, but as an avid fan of live Taiko (drumming) from Japan, we signed up for the bus that was going to it without hesitation. Bill hasn’t seen Taiko drumming before but was easily convinced he’d enjoy it. There were a few speeches at the end (where I understood much more of the Japane...

We'll be with family and loving every minute of it. We hope that everyone reading this also has a great Christmas and a wonderful 2010. Tuesday, December 22, 2009. Rio Longa Once Again. (The City of Luanda day was on Monday.) The Angola Field Group. Sent out general invitations to the celebrations downtown in the large square close to the marginal. Vagamundo New Zealand-friends: Last day in BA...golf at Golf Club Patricio

For those who dare to take on the world with freedom and imagination. Thursday, September 23, 2010. Last day in BA.golf at Golf Club Patricio. Our last day in BA didn’t go quite so smoothly as the rest of the trip. I woke very sick from my cold, unsure if I could even play golf. I took some paracetamol and hoped I would feel better. Two hopeful and relieved looking men smiled at us at the checkpoint, they were the caddies who had been waiting for us. I felt like a murderer. We called it quits after 9 hol...

For those who dare to take on the world with freedom and imagination. Friday, September 24, 2010. Boca Juniors vs Colon BA. I have forgotten to write up the soccer game we went to on Sunday night. I stupidly applauded a great play by Boca Under 18's in the game before the main match and I was told off by the guide. Remember to be careful and you are a Colon supporter tonight! For those who dare to take on the world with freedom and imagination. Friday, June 27, 2008. Bellavista Santiago-The coffee hunt goes on. Even though South America is meant to be the source of great coffee it is bloody hard to find a great cup while travelling. I have had to re-learn the lesson each time i.e espresso is the only type that will come close to satisfying the taste buds honned on NZ coffee. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Life In Low-Fi – Ora basta, anarchia!
Ora basta, anarchia! Life In Low-Fi Posts. The Man In The High Castle – La bellezza arriva a chi sa aspettare. Published 8 gennaio 2017. Riesce a reggersi in piedi. To answ...

Bloggin’ still in progress @ lifeinlowfi.it. 8211; thanks for following in this journey! AppStore e Mister Hyde. Questo vale la pena leggerlo. Come molti altri post del medesimo autore, ma il mio innato ottimismo mi porta a considerare anche un’altra ipotesi come plausibile per il pauroso. Vittime illustri, non tanto di. È come se l’Ap...
Life in the Low Lands
Life in the Low Lands. Thursday, January 9, 2014. Links to this post. Jonka...
