What's blogging my view: More Inger Waage dishes
http://whatsbloggingmyview.blogspot.com/2013/03/more-inger-waage-dishes.html
Saturday, March 23, 2013. More Inger Waage dishes. I have recently added some fat stripey dishes to my Inger Waage collection (Stavangerflint). They provide a nice contrast to my other IW items in the same colour range, I think. When I search for Inger Waage designs online I'm always surprised at just how much this woman produced in her time. Not to mention her creativity! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). What's blogging my view: May 2012

Thursday, May 3, 2012. I've been told that a collection consists of at least three items. In which case, I've gone from having two pieces in the Safran series to actually owning a Safran collection ;-) I had the big lidded dish and the creamer from before until my latest acquaintance, Stine*, sold me the beautiful tea pot last weekend. Thanks again, Stine! Check out Stine’s web shop 'Hjemlengsel' on Epla here. Wednesday, May 2, 2012. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). What's blogging my view is a lot of things;...

What's blogging my view: October 2012
http://whatsbloggingmyview.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 29, 2012. I simply had to share with you my little collection of Finn Hald. Pottery dishes, as I recently purchased two at an auction site (the bottom two in the picture). I think all three are beautiful on their own, but I really love the way they look together. From before I also have a Hald vase which you can see here. Friday, October 19, 2012. This display greeted me at the breakfast table this morning. Nothing like a solid splash of colour to brighten up the day, eh? H is for home.

What's blogging my view: OMG Godagers!
http://whatsbloggingmyview.blogspot.com/2013/08/omg-godagers.html
Friday, August 30, 2013. I've been a facebook-follower of this fantastic little vintage furniture shop in Oslo for some time now. It's called Godagers. Check it out here: https:/ www.facebook.com/godagers. I'm always amazed by their beautiful mid-century modern furniture, some of which they re-upholster and paint before they put it up for sale. Such nice stuff! Here are some recent samples. Jeg er vanligvis veldig motstander av å male teak, men den skjenken er veldig lekker! August 31, 2013 at 4:57 PM.

What's blogging my view: April 2013
http://whatsbloggingmyview.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 25, 2013. This is my first piece of William Knutzen pottery. As with so many items that I find in fleamarkets, I buy it with the intent to sell it on, but once it's been in my house for a while, it really grows on me and I find it hard to part with. William Knutzen was one of the big mid-century ceramicists in Norway. I tried finding a link in English with more info, but could only find this. In Norwegian. Sorry, English readers! For more pics of his work, check out this link.
