Mijn kleine paradijs: Mei
http://mijnkleineparadijs.blogspot.com/2015/05/een-lange-tijd-even-geen-berichtjes-meer.html
Zondag 17 mei 2015. A long time no posts from me. Sometimes your bussy with other things. Still writing letters to find a job but helas no results. To old! This is what is flowering at the moment in my garden. 17 mei 2015 07:19. 17 mei 2015 08:12.

Garden Dreaming at Châtillon - Vegetables on a slope
http://gardendreamingatchatillon.weebly.com/vegetables-on-a-slope.html
Garden Dreaming at Châtillon. A walk in the garden. Blogs: Gardening, cookery, history, music. Thoughts on a French garden. Vegetables on a slope. Exploring the vegetarian recipes of France. A slice of village history. Plants for a Purpose. Heavy clay and cold winters. Corn smut and other end-of-season musings. This is the first season that I've grown sweet corn. I planted the variety 'Lark F1. I suppose for someone new to sweet corn. It wasn't a bad start and we still have some cobs in the freezer.

A talking bird, a giant bunny, and recovering gardens – Gardens & Wildlife
http://www.gardensandwildlife.com/2015/06/03/talking-birds-and-giant-bunnies
8230;it's a beautiful world out there. A talking bird, a giant bunny, and recovering gardens. June 3, 2015. Bull; 48 Comments. Eighteen months ago my back garden was an utter dust bath! What a difference 18 months and a lot of hard work has made! I must say I’m thrilled to see how it’s developing. Now that I’ve FINALLY removed all of the horrible hedging in the front garden, alongside of the railings, I feel the same as I did when the back was destroyed….another HUGE challenge! To the left of the courtya...

Roche Fleurie Garden: April 2015
http://rochefleuriegarden.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Diary of a Frugal Gardener. F du j.- July. Fleurs du jour - June. Friday, April 24, 2015. Ten days ago we were under snow. Now many of the flowering plants that bloggers from warmer climates have been describing in the last month have rushed into bloom here too. However, if blooms are important markers of the changing seasons, here and at this time of the year, they are not the most obvious. Links to this post. Thursday, April 16, 2015. Pruning currant and gooseberry bushes. Links to this post. Pots o...

Roche Fleurie Garden: The In & Out Game
http://rochefleuriegarden.blogspot.com/2015/06/the-in-out-game.html
Diary of a Frugal Gardener. F du j.- July. Fleurs du jour - June. Wednesday, June 24, 2015. The In and Out Game. A billion buttercups eager to leap the fence and get into the garden. Some of the weeds that get to seed themselves in the garden are sometimes welcome, for instance this OxEye Daisy (Chrysanthemum leucanthemum). When a plant decides, like this one, to grow just in the perfect spot, it is difficult to get rid of it, even if there are a million of the very same plant just outside the fence.

Then snowdrops and my heart I’ll bring" (Christina Rossetti). Saturday, 24 December 2016. First snowdrop of the year, and one summer visitor. 24 December 2016 at 21:01. Its quite remarkable to have a snowdrop and a Rudbeckia blooming at the same time I expect, but they both lend an appropriate measure of cheer to the holiday garden. Happy Christmas, Ian! Galanthus: September 2016

Then snowdrops and my heart I’ll bring" (Christina Rossetti). Monday, 26 September 2016. Sorbus "Copper Kettle" and "Sorbus Eastern Promise", Harlow Carr Gardens, 25th September 2016. A shrub I covered last year (3rd October, 2015). Second up is another sorbus new to me, "Sorbus Eastern Promise", again a small, neat tree for the smaller garden. I did not take a close-up picture for some reason. The berries have a pink tinge to them. Labels: Homes and Gardens. Sunday, 25 September 2016. I did spot one mis...
