Little bits of me. Wednesday, July 2, 2014. Last month, my mom, my sisters and I went to Siem Reap in Cambodia for some good ol' touristy stuff and girl bonding. Little bits of me. Saturday, August 29, 2015. I have settled on a routine. Well, sort of. Upon waking up (at around 5-6, to give myself enough time to prepare for work), I put water in the electric kettle (Made in China, but it's holding up really well). Open the windows. Shiver. Mid-age guy comes, strikes up a conversation. admits he's drinking because of a problem. i pretend to be waiting for a friend. guy assumes it's a he. He asks about my work, lalala. i ask about his problem - like a good barmate - and listen attentively. he then proceeds to give advice, mostly about life. we sing a few lines from 'father and son' in the process.
